Frequently Asked Questions

How do I set up my first court?

Navigate to Courts in the admin sidebar, click Add Court, and configure the court name, sport type, working hours, and pricing. You can set different prices for peak and off-peak hours. Once saved, the court will appear in the booking calendar.

How do I manage booking cancellations?

Go to the Calendar page, click on any booking to open the details modal, and select Cancel Booking. You can choose to refund the payment or issue a credit note. Cancellation policies can be configured in the court settings.

How do I add staff members to my club?

Open Settings → Staff from the admin sidebar. Click Add Staff to invite a new team member. You can assign roles (Admin, Coach, Support) and set granular permissions for each staff member, including access to specific features like reports, payments, and customer management.

How do I view my club's sales reports?

Visit the Stats page from the admin sidebar. You'll find three dashboards: Sales, Occupancy, and Customers. Each dashboard includes date range filters and a CSV export button. Revenue trends, booking volumes, and customer growth metrics are shown at a glance.

Can I offer memberships to my customers?

Yes! Go to Settings → Subscription to create membership plans. You can define monthly or annual billing cycles, set pricing, and choose which courts and services are included. Customers can then subscribe through their account portal.
